UltraVolt is designed with a fixed frequency, high voltage (HV) topology that provides wide input and output operating range while maintaining extremely high stability and efficiency of up to 92%. Voltage from 0V to 62V or up to 0 to 40kV is packaged in a mini "palm" size with a power range of 100mW to 250W. UltraVolt devices are equipped with specially designed product / component testing and aging devices, including ATE and ESS. Vacuum packaging and special configuration of the curing furnace for UltraVolt thermal balance sealant to provide the necessary temperature control environment.
UltraVolt's standard HV DC-DC converter is operated by a low voltage DC power supply (eg battery or AC to DC linear or switching power supply). UltraVolt's HVRack® family of high-voltage systems operate from 47 to 63Hz 80-250VAC supply voltage. Various UltraVolt HV power supplies UL / CUL approved safety mechanism through component list program, CB test certification support UL / CUL, CE and DEMKO mark. All high voltage modules are RoHS compliant. These features directly support two trends in product design: first, design products for the global market design; second, the use of distributed power systems, in which a single universal input AC to DC switching power supply for the entire system LV load, LV DC -DC and HV DC-DC converters to provide power.
