消毒杀菌的重点有二,一是选择正确波长,需符合细菌与微生物的吸收波谱约 270 nm, 从273到281的波段,杀菌率逐渐下降;二是剂量(Dose)要够,才能有效发挥杀菌消毒的作用。「剂量(mJ/cm2)= UVC 辐射强度(mW/cm2)x 时间(Sec)」,UVC 辐射强度愈高,杀菌时间就会相对愈短,因此若要达到「秒杀」程度,UVC LED 光强度就必须提升。
